Bao Yen and Van Ban districts successfully organized the Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Inter-family Safety Team" in 2024.
In Bao Yen district
The competition was attended by more than 150 athletes from 18 teams from the "Fire Prevention and Fighting Inter-family Group" of communes and towns in the district.
The teams compete in two parts: theory and practice.
In the theoretical part, representatives of the teams draw lots and answer questions about fire prevention and fighting knowledge.
Practical exam, hypothetical situation when a fire occurs in a residential area with adjacent houses, exam content includes: fire fighting organization; skills in using fire fighting tools, fire extinguishers; skills in rescuing people and moving property for houses combined with production and business; skills in organizing escape during a fire; first aid skills...
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Yen Son commune team; second prize to Kim Son commune team; and two third prizes to Nghia Do and Phuc Khanh commune teams.
In Van Ban district
The 2024 Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Inter-family Team" of Van Ban District has the participation of 22 teams, with a total of 175 members.
The contest took place in two parts: theory and practice.
In the theoretical part, representatives of the teams draw lots and answer questions about fire prevention and fighting knowledge.
In the practical part, the hypothetical situation is a fire in a private household. With unlimited time, the teams put out the fire, rescue victims and move property away from the fire.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 4 Encouragement Prizes. Of which, the Son Thuy commune team won First Prize.
