iOS 26 adds super convenient "remind call back" feature

iOS 26 adds a callback reminder feature to help users not miss important calls, easily manage callback schedules right on iPhone.

Apple has just added a callback reminder feature to the Phone app on iOS 26.



The feature is currently available in public beta and is expected to officially launch in the fall.

Users just need to go to “Recents”, swipe left on the missed call and select the blue “Reminder” button.

Apple offers a variety of options like reminder after 1 hour, in the evening, or custom time.

Reminders will appear at the top of the Reminders section in the Phone app if using the “Unified” layout.

Additionally, reminders sync with the default Reminders app on iPhone for easier management.

Users can recall right from the notification or clear the reminder by swiping left again.

While not groundbreaking, this feature is appreciated for improving the experience for forgetful people.
