Australian travel magazine ranked a resort in Mui Ne 8th in the top 20 best new hotels in the world in 2023.

Australian magazine Escape has named the 20 best new hotels in the world as a suggestion for travelers to choose for their upcoming trip at the end of July. The Anam Mui Ne, a new resort opened in January in Mui Ne, Binh Thuan province, is the only representative from Vietnam and ranked 8th.

Escape magazine praised this place as " a luxury resort on the famous Mui Ne coast". The resort has more than 120 rooms located on a 1.2-hectare campus, designed in an architectural style inspired by the Indochina period. Room prices start from 3.4 million VND.

One of the special features of The Anam Mui Ne mentioned by travel experts is the 122 m2 Presidential Suite with living room, dining room, kitchen and private room for bodyguards. Since its opening, the Vietnamese representative has been regularly highly appreciated by prestigious newspapers around the world and ranked in the top new luxury hotels of 2023 such as Conde Nast Traveler, Bloomberg, CNN, Forbes and SCMP . The resort is about a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.

Other Asian hotels in the top 20 include: Mondrian Singapore Duxton (Singapore), Bulgari Hotel Tokyo (Japan), Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort (Maldives), Shinta Mani Mustang (Nepal).

Escape said the pandemic had delayed some of its hotels' openings. "But now that they're all ready to welcome travelers, from the Himalayas to the world's busiest cities, these new hotels are sure to take our breath away."

Hotels mentioned in the list must meet criteria such as: newly opened, luxurious, interesting and rich services, friendliness of staff, quality of rooms, food.
