Opening of the 2025 Taekwondo Club Youth Championship

On August 5, the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center coordinated with the Provincial Martial Arts Federation to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025 Ca Mau Provincial Taekwondo Youth Club Tournament.

The Organizing Committee awarded souvenir flags to the participating units.

The 2025 Ca Mau Province Taekwondo Club Youth Tournament is organized at the provincial level. This tournament has nearly 500 athletes from 45 Taekwondo clubs across the province. The athletes compete in 28 individual combat events in 3 age groups: Under 12 years old, from 12 to 14 years old and from 15 to 17 years old.

The tournament was organized to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; at the same time, continue to carry out the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; promote the movement of physical exercise and sports among the masses; create conditions for young athletes to participate in competitions, learn from experience, and improve their professional qualifications.

This is also the first sports tournament held after completing the organizational arrangement, marking the beginning of a new development stage of solidarity - professionalism - efficiency in the province's sports training and competition.

The tournament takes place from August 5 to 7 at the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center (Phan Ngoc Hien Street, An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau Province).
