On October 31, the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province held a special session of the 7th term Provincial People's Council. At the session, the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province voted to pass 10 important resolutions, institutionalizing the contents assigned in the 2024 Land Law and public investment work: Project to establish the Provincial Land Development Fund; plan to stipulate the percentage (%) for calculating land rental prices, land rental prices for underground construction and land rental prices for land with water surface in the province; local land policies for ethnic minorities living in the province; changing the purpose of using rice-growing land to implement investment projects in Dien Khanh district.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council also passed a resolution to change the purpose of using rice land with a scale of less than 500 hectares in the province to implement the Dien Tho Industrial Cluster Project (Dien Khanh district); stipulate criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province; adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025; adjust the public investment plan for 2024; approve the investment policy for the construction project of SH4-KH2022; adjust the investment policy for the construction project of Huyen 2 Bridge and access road (in Van Ninh district).
Regarding the content of approving the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province, due to insufficient basis, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council agreed not to consider and issue a resolution on this content at this thematic session.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province, requested the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of the resolutions just passed by the Provincial People's Council; at the same time, requested the Provincial People's Committee to speed up the approval of the project list, as a basis for organizing the implementation of investment attraction work, resolving investment procedures for investment projects using land according to regulations; continue to review and submit to the Provincial People's Council before November 15 to consider adjusting the 2024 capital plan of projects that are unable to implement and disburse all capital plans, and switch to arranging for projects with good disbursement progress, projects that need to supplement capital plans in the year, according to regulations, determined to disburse over 95% of the assigned capital plan in 2024...
