This afternoon, January 16, the Emulation Block of centers and management boards under the Department (referred to as the Emulation Block) held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

With the motto "Solidarity, discipline, flexibility, innovation, timeliness and efficiency", in 2023, member units in the Emulation Bloc responded and organized many emulation and reward activities associated with the implementation of political and professional tasks of each unit, contributing with all levels, sectors and localities to well implement socio-economic development goals.
Responding to the activity "Giving bookshelves in 2023", the whole block actively promoted and mobilized cadres, civil servants and workers to participate in donating, supporting books and contributing funds to buy bookshelves. As a result, 641 books and more than 33.8 million VND were donated.
From this source of books, the organization donated to the schools: Huong Phung High School and Dakrong Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities with a total value of more than 46.8 million VND. The block also organized a badminton tournament attracting a large number of cadres, civil servants and workers to participate.
Many member units in the bloc proactively and actively organize, coordinate and participate in many cultural , sports , gratitude, humanitarian and charitable activities on the occasion of major holidays of the homeland and country. Through these activities, they have contributed to strengthening solidarity, sharing, exchanging, learning and coordinating mutual support among members of the bloc.
In 2024, the Emulation Bloc will continue to carry out career activities well; advise departments and branches to implement plans, programs, projects, contributing to the successful completion of socio-economic development tasks and strengthening the province's national defense and security.
Promote the movement of creative labor, study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Strengthen administrative reform, apply information technology; implement grassroots democracy regulations and personnel work.
Continue to innovate and improve the quality of the bloc's activities; respond to emulation movements organized by all levels suitable for each unit. Enhance the discovery, training and replication of typical and advanced collectives and individuals in all fields.
Strengthen and enhance solidarity, cooperation, exchange, sharing of experiences, good and effective practices among groups and individuals in the whole bloc.
At the conference, delegates agreed to propose the Government and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to award the 2023 Emulation Flag to member units with many outstanding achievements.
