2nd session (special session), Provincial People's Council, Term X

On the morning of August 5, the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, held its 2nd session (special session). Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council: Bui Tan Bay, Le Thi Nhung, Phan Hoang Vu chaired the session. Attending the session were Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Lu Van Hung; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Quoc Viet; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai.

Provincial People's Council delegates voted to pass the Resolution.

The meeting considered and approved 12 Resolutions related to the following issues: Budget; medium-term public investment; socio -economic development plan of Ca Mau province in 2025; project to improve the organization and operation of the Farmers' Support Fund of Ca Mau province; policy to establish the Cooperative Development Support Fund of Ca Mau province; fee and charge rates for performing online administrative procedures; regulations on payment levels for service organizations paying social assistance to social protection beneficiaries; temporary arrangement of staff, civil servants, number of people working on the State budget and non-professional workers at the commune level of Ca Mau province (new) in 2025; operating regulations of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committee, the People's Council Delegation and People's Council delegates of Ca Mau province, term X, term 2021 - 2026.

In his closing speech, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu requested that after the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee develop a specific program and plan to promptly deploy and seriously implement the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to ensure publicity, transparency and compliance with the provisions of law. The Standing Committee, Committees, Delegation Groups and delegates of the Provincial People's Council closely monitor and supervise the implementation of the Resolutions; promptly propose solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu requested all levels and sectors to uphold the sense of responsibility, be proactive, resolute, and urgent in action, focusing on effectively implementing the key tasks set by the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. In particular, focusing on leadership, direction, acceleration, breakthroughs, and striving to successfully implement the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 16th Ca Mau Provincial Party Congress and the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2021 - 2025; conducting Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
