On March 23, the Illegal Racing Prevention Team of Hoa Hiep Traffic Police Station - Traffic Police Department coordinated with Hoa Hiep Bac Ward Police to patrol and control the Hai Van Pass (Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City).
Anti-illegal racing force works with two "speed demons" on Hai Van Pass
There, the patrol force discovered two young men driving a motorbike without a license plate. At the same time, the subjects deliberately removed the muffler of the motorbike to create a loud explosion, terrifying passersby.
Seeing the police, the two young men accelerated and ran away. The task force chased them to the top of Hai Van Pass and temporarily detained the two drivers, Bui Quang T. (residing in Thanh Khe Tay Ward, Thanh Khe District) and Cao Minh V. (residing in Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District).
Checking the two young men, the task force discovered and temporarily seized two license plates: 43AA-311.27 and 43AD-008.75 that the two subjects had removed from the vehicle. The task force drew up an administrative violation record and temporarily detained the two vehicles according to the law.

As reported, Hai Van Pass is always a hot spot for security and order. Although the authorities regularly patrol and control, many groups of young people still gather to race, causing public disorder.
Recently, on March 10, the Hoa Hiep Bac Ward Police in coordination with the Criminal Police Department of Da Nang City Police summoned 7 subjects who chased and beat each other on Hai Van Pass. At the police headquarters, this group confessed that in order to resolve the conflict, they removed the license plate of their car, brought weapons to the top of Hai Van Pass to find and slash people.
The incident was filmed by locals and posted on social media, attracting much attention. Most people were outraged by the aggressive attitude of the subjects.
Through the incident, the police have temporarily seized 4 motorbikes and 2 metal knives and continue to consolidate the case file, strictly handling the group of subjects according to the law.
