For the above violation, Mr. S. was fined 11 million VND and had his driver's license revoked for 3 months. This is the highest fine for speeding violations for cars.
From the beginning of the year to August 9, Thanh Mien district traffic police fined 442 cases of speeding violations with a total fine of VND993 million, an increase of 182 cases compared to the same period last year.
