The reason is that after the merger, the amount of data pouring into the land management software increased sharply, while the land situation changed continuously, leading to a lot of time-consuming processing and troubleshooting.
In addition, the network system, computers and working equipment are not synchronized, also affecting the progress of processing documents.
In the immediate future, the Bien Hoa branch of the Dong Nai Province Land Registration Office will continue to work overtime to resolve all pending documents. Afterwards, depending on the number of documents received, the office will continue to arrange overtime in the spirit of "working during the day is not enough, take advantage of working at night" to meet the requirements of work progress.
In July, the Bien Hoa branch of Dong Nai Province Land Registration Office received nearly 3,800 records, including more than 1,500 records pending from the previous period. Up to now, more than 1,600 records have been processed on time and ahead of schedule, reaching a rate of over 99%.
