Many tourists coming to Phu Quoc enjoy experiencing marine eco- tourism services, associated with the model of cultivating, caring for and exploiting natural pearls at Ngoc Hien Treasure in the north of Phu Quoc Island.

Here, visitors not only come to enjoy the pure natural scenery but also immerse themselves in a journey of authentic experiences with activities associated with the marine life of the pearl island.

Accordingly, the most attractive experience is walking on the seabed, touching each coral reef, observing schools of fish swimming around, immersing yourself in the elaborately decorated mysterious antique treasures to feel the vibrant beauty of the ocean right under your feet.

Visitors admire the colorful coral reefs, schools of fish and exotic marine creatures in the heart of the pearl island's ocean.

On this journey, visitors can also catch Akoya and Maxima oysters - two rare oyster varieties with world- famous pearl quality... Currently, Ngoc Hien Treasure is also the only place that offers this service on Phu Quoc pearl island.

Tourists caught a 7-year-old Maxima clam.

German tourist Adalbert said: “We know Rach Vem as a pristine, beautiful and worth-experiencing destination. In Rach Vem, we went diving to see the coral at Ngoc Hien Treasure, I also caught a very large 5-year-old Maxima oyster with a very beautiful pearl. This is a lucky gift from nature”…

After finishing the tour of the underwater ecosystem, visitors will personally pick pearls from the oysters they just caught.

Visitors are delighted with the golden-colored gem - considered lucky in luck, because the ratio of golden-colored gems is rarer than other colors.

In addition to diving to catch pearls, visitors can also implant pearl embryos, code them and send them back to Ngoc Hien Treasure to be raised for at least 3 years, 5 years and up to 7 years to produce precious pearls.

After being cultured under the sea for a period of time, the initial embryos become beautiful, sparkling pearls when harvested.

In addition to the exciting activities under the sea, at Ngoc Hien Treasure, visitors can experience many other activities such as enjoying the only Maxima BBQ clam meat in Vietnam (can be grilled or sashimi); learning about clam farming, relaxing with kayaking; super cars on the sea...

After the pearls are extracted, the mussel meat is processed into attractive and delicious dishes, such as grilled mussels and sashimi mussels.
