Vietnamese leaders send condolences over death of Iranian President Raisi

Vietnamese leaders have sent condolences after receiving news that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and a number of senior Iranian officials were killed in a plane crash on May 19.
