The second phase of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship for men has just ended in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, thereby determining the 4 excellent teams that have qualified for the semi-finals: Sanest Khanh Hoa (first place), Border Guard (second place), The Cong (third place) and Ninh Binh (fourth place). The tournament also determined the 4 teams that must compete for 2 tickets to stay in the league: Hanoi, Long An , Ha Tin, Vinh Long.

In the semi-finals taking place tomorrow (November 29), there will be 2 matches. Semi-final 1 at 5:00 p.m. will be the clash between Sanest Khanh Hoa Club and Ninh Binh Club. Semi-final 2 at 8:00 p.m. will be between Border Defense Club and The Cong Club.
The defending champion Sanest Khanh Hoa is rated higher than Ninh Binh team thanks to its quality players with the experience of Tu Thanh Thuan, Huynh Trung Truc, Nguyen Dinh Nhu and the high performance of Duong Van Tien, Tran Trien Chieu and Brazilian foreign player Dias de Souza. However, Ninh Binh team also promises to create a surprise when in the second stage, they defeated The Cong, the only team to beat Sanest Khanh Hoa.

Today (November 28) there will be relegation matches with two pairs between Long An and Vinh Long (5pm) and Hanoi and Ha Tinh (8pm).
