Stage 2 of SEA V.League 2025 takes place from July 16 to 20 in Jakarta (Indonesia), the Vietnamese men's team will face Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. The teams will compete in a round-robin format, calculating rankings.

The Vietnamese men's team will strive to improve their performance in stage 2.

According to the match schedule, coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team will enter the opening match against Cambodia this afternoon, July 16.

Then on July 17, 18 and 20, the team will meet hosts Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines respectively.

In stage 2, the team continued to participate with 14 players: Dinh Van Duy, Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Tran Duy Tuyen, Truong The Khai, Pham Van Hiep, Phan Cong Duc, Cao Duc Hoang, Nguyen Thanh Hai, Trinh Duy Phuc, Hoang Xuan Truong, Che Quoc Lo Vit, Nguyen Van Quoc Duy, Quan Trong Nghia, Pham Quoc Du.

End of 4 matches at In the first round in Candon (Philippines), the Vietnamese men's team had 2 wins and 2 losses.

Coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team lost the opening match 0-3 to host Philippines, then won 3-0 against newcomer Cambodia in the second match, then won against defending champion Thailand 3-1 and lost 2-3 to Indonesia in the last two matches.

This is a better achievement than the team's total loss in stage 1 last year.

Fans hope Ngoc Thuan and his teammates will achieve even better results in this second leg.
