2025 AFF Women's Championship Schedule

VHO - The 2025 Southeast Asian Women's Football Championship will take place at Lach Tray Stadium (Hai Phong) and Viet Tri Stadium (Phu Tho) from August 6 to 19.

This year's tournament brings together 8 teams, including: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia (Group A), Indonesia Australia, Philippines, Myanmar and Timor Leste (Group B).

The Vietnamese women's team has home field advantage in the tournament.

The teams are divided into 2 groups, compete in a round robin to calculate points, rank, and select the 2 teams with the best results to enter the semi-finals.

Accordingly, the matches in the group stage will take place from August 6 to 13. Group A will compete at Lach Tray Stadium, Group B will compete at Viet Tri Stadium ( Phu Tho ).

As the host of Group A, Huynh Nhu and her teammates will meet opponents Cambodia, Indonesia and Thailand on August 6, August 9 and August 12 at Lach Tray Stadium.

Tournament schedule

The semi-finals will take place on September 16. The final and awards ceremony will take place on August 19. These matches will all take place at Lach Tray Stadium.

After finishing the training session in Quang Ninh, the Vietnamese women's team moved to Hai Phong on July 30.

This is the team's final preparation stage before entering the 2025 AFF Women's Championship.

This is an opportunity for the Vietnamese women's team to continue to affirm its position in the region, while reviewing its forces towards the 33rd SEA Games and longer-term goals in 2026.
