Ms. Tuyen agreed and waited for more than 30 minutes but the woman did not return. She took the baby and looked around but could not find him. Then, she took the boy to the Ward 2 Police Station to report the incident.

According to Ms. Tuyen, in addition to the baby boy, the woman also left behind a nylon bag containing diapers, milk, clothes, a thermos and baby supplies, but there were no identification documents.

After receiving the information, the authorities verified but still could not determine information about the boy.

With Ms. Tuyen's consent, Ward 2 People's Committee has temporarily entrusted the boy to her care for 7 days pending verification. Ms. Tuyen commits to take good care of the boy, not to take advantage of the incident to call for charity against regulations and not to post information on social networks.

At the same time, she pledged to return the baby to the family when found, or to the authorities upon request, without demanding any other benefits.
