Floods on Thuong and Cau rivers continue to rise

BAC GIANG - According to the Bac Giang Province Hydrometeorological Station, the water level on the Thuong and Cau rivers continues to rise. On the Thuong River at Cau Son Hydrological Station at 1:00 a.m. on June 23, the water level reached 15.64 m, above alert level 2; at Phu Lang Thuong Hydrological Station it was 4.35 m, above alert level 1. Due to the heavy rains on June 21-22, many low-lying areas in the province are still flooded.
