A school in Trieu Phong district (Quang Tri) has additional learning space sponsored by DOVE Fund.

On November 20, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued Decision No. 2809/QD-UBND approving the project "Construction of subject classrooms at Trieu Giang Primary and Secondary School" sponsored by The DOVE Fund (USA) with a total implementation capital of nearly 2.5 billion VND.

According to the decision approved by the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, the project sponsored by The DOVE Fund (USA) has a total implementation capital of nearly 2.5 billion VND, of which: non-refundable aid capital of 2.2 billion VND, counterpart capital of 285 million VND arranged by the People's Committee of Trieu Phong district.

The scale of the project is to build a new 2-storey house, 4 functional classrooms with a total construction floor area of about: 540.85 m2, carried out in Trieu Giang commune, Trieu Phong district and the implementation time is from the time the project is approved until the end of June 2025.

The project aims to complete the school's facilities, ensuring that students have adequate conditions for learning, contributing to improving the quality of education and training in Trieu Phong district.

As a non -governmental organization established in the US, Dove Fund always helps students, poor students, and people with disabilities. In Vietnam, Dove Fund has helped build many kindergartens, primary schools, clean water distribution centers, computer centers, libraries, schools for the blind and awarded many scholarships to poor students,...

Since 2000, the Dove Foundation has raised over $2.5 million, 100% of which has gone to Dove projects in Vietnam. The Foundation has also built over 44 schools, implemented an Emergency Medicine Residency Program, and provided microfinance programs for poor women, supported tuition fees for over 500 children, purchased computers, industrial sewing machines, and equipment for many of the schools they have built, etc.
