The company has completed the project "Investment project to replace the plant control system (DCS) and protect the Dai Ninh hydropower plant" which brings many advantages to the operators as well as maintenance work, especially supporting the analysis of the cause of incidents and equipment damage, helping to shorten the time to handle incidents, and improve the quality of the plant's technical and economic indicators.

The application of operation monitoring through the Dashboard application has helped exploit information effectively through Mobile and computer; this application helps monitor useful information for the management of electricity production operations such as: flow into the reservoir, remaining capacity in the reservoir, flood prevention capacity of the reservoir, etc.

Implementing digital transformation in training, the Company regularly organizes assessment competitions, organizes training courses, and builds electronic lectures on EVN's E-learning system. The Company has participated in digital transformation awareness competitions launched by the Corporation on EVNGENCO1's E-learning system; The Company has continued to maintain an information security policy according to the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013, which is one of the important criteria to ensure information security and database in digital transformation.
In addition, the Company also effectively implemented EVN's shared software such as: Enterprise resource planning software (ERP); Document and work management software (D-Office); Human resource management software (HMRS); Construction investment management software (IMIS).
