Mr. Konstantinov pointed out that the West could disassemble the long-range missiles and transfer them to Ukraine, after which Kiev could claim that these missiles were manufactured and tested by itself. These missiles would be labeled as made in Ukraine and used to attack Russian territory.

Previously, on October 29, for the first time, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attacked the Putin Special Forces Academy in the Chechen Republic of Russia - a location 850 km from Ukraine. According to calculations based on images on social networks, this UAV can fly up to 1,300 km, and was launched from Odessa province across the Black Sea at a speed of 140 km/h.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on November 1 that his country needed permission from its allies to launch long-range missiles at Russia in response to North Korea's military buildup there. "We see all the places where Russia is gathering North Korean soldiers... all their camps. We can strike preemptively...", Zelensky said.
