At the meeting, comrade Le Thi Kim Dung sent her best wishes to all cadres and civil servants working in the province's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization sector. She affirmed that the Propaganda sector has accompanied the Party since its early days, playing a key role in propaganda, education and ideological orientation. Over the past 95 years, the sector has made an important contribution to the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the Fatherland, especially in propagating and educating Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and strengthening people's trust in the Party's leadership.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Tuyen Quang is the "Capital of the Liberated Zone", "Capital of Resistance", where profound revolutionary values converge and spread. He hoped that the provincial Propaganda Department would continue to promote its glorious tradition and maintain its role as a pioneering force on the ideological and cultural front.
In the context of many changes in administrative boundaries and organizational apparatus after the merger, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department make more efforts and innovate more strongly, promptly advise the Party Committee to issue plans on propaganda and mass mobilization work in the new period; focus on training and building a team of propaganda staff with strong political will, proficient in communication skills and understanding of social psychology. In particular, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization sector needs to promote its pioneering role in protecting the Party's ideological foundation; promptly grasp and process information from the grassroots, especially issues that the public is still concerned about and worried about. Propaganda work must truly "go one step ahead" to create consensus and unity in the whole society.

Comrade Tran Manh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their deep concern. He affirmed that in the current context, when the work of arranging administrative boundaries and organizing the apparatus has many changes, the Propaganda Department determines that it must be one step ahead, playing the role of orienting awareness and creating consensus in society; promptly fighting and refuting false and hostile arguments; proactively grasping, orienting thoughts, creating consensus in society, especially in the context of arranging administrative units and organizing Party congresses at all levels.
