In the morning, the Party Central Committee worked at the Hall to discuss the socio -economic situation, the state budget in 2023, the plan for 2024, the 3-year state financial and budget plan for 2024 - 2026 and the roadmap for implementing the new salary regime.
Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister, chaired the discussion on behalf of the Politburo .
In the afternoon, the Party Central Committee worked in discussion groups on the Project to Summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 8 of the 11th Central Committee on the Strategy for National Defense in the New Situation.
