These are the companies: Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Bridge and Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Waterway and Road Traffic Management and Construction Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Newspaper Printing Joint Stock Company, Vinh City Green Parks and Trees Joint Stock Company.

Meanwhile, according to Official Dispatch No. 967/TTg-DMDN of the Prime Minister on the list of public service units in Nghe An province to be converted into joint stock companies in the period of 2022-2025, Nghe An province has 2 public service units to be converted into joint stock companies in the period of 2022-2025, including: Nghe An Road Motor Vehicle Testing Center (under the Nghe An Department of Transport), Cua Lo Town Urban Management Board (under the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town, Nghe An Province).

Currently, the Department of Finance is studying documents to guide the two above-mentioned public service units to implement the work of converting into joint stock companies in accordance with regulations.
