NDO – From September 11 to 13, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the National Committee for Vietnamese Youth, in coordination with the Asia- Pacific Regional Office of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) organized the Asia -Pacific Francophone Youth Forum 2024.

In response to the delegates' sentiments, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and Chairman of the National Committee on Vietnamese Youth Bui Quang Huy performed the ritual of touching the gifts with the meaning of accepting the guests' wishes.

The atmosphere of the Forum became much more intimate and cozy after the special ceremony brought by international delegates.
