IDECAF Drama Theater recently performed a review of the play "Liang Shanbo - Zhu Yingtai's Extra Story" (author Vo Trung Tin, director Vu Dinh Toan).
"Liang Shanbo - Zhu Yingtai" is a famous Chinese folk tale. Liang Shanbo - a kind and humble scholar and Zhu Yingtai - a beautiful and resolute young lady, with similar souls, formed a love affair.

This folk tale has been the inspiration for many stage authors from reformed opera to spoken drama, especially traditional reformed opera. This time, "Liang Shanbo - Zhu Yingtai's Extra Story" was directed by Vu Dinh Toan in the form of a comedy, with laughter that is both entertaining and conveys a message about love and friendship.
The play features the participation of artists: Dai Nghia, Dinh Toan, My Duyen, Dong Hai, Tra Ngoc, Quang Thao, Vo Trung Tin..., and will premiere on the evening of January 1, 2025.
