Dong Quang Vinh is a talented conductor who is regularly invited to conduct many leading orchestras in Vietnam, China and several other countries in Southeast Asia.

Born into a traditional musical family, he is able to play many traditional musical instruments fluently and has represented his country many times on major international stages. Therefore, Dong Quang Vinh and the orchestra performing on Ha Long Bay promises to bring a different experience to classical music lovers.

Sharing about this special performance, conductor Dong Quang Vinh said: “My desire is to spread music to everyone. Therefore, this is a great opportunity when the “music” that people still think is academic, located in the auditorium of the grand theater, appears in an open space, which is very happy."

According to conductor Dong Quang Vinh, it is a flexible but magical blend because it has both Asian and Western colors.

Dong Quang Vinh added: "If asked about my expectations for this special collaboration, I hope to contribute a small part in bringing symphonic music closer to the audience as well as adding another type of music combined with Ha Long tourism to attract more tourists.

Audiences will be able to watch symphony concerts combined with ballet, opera, musicals, Broadway... or even combined with other art forms such as painting, sculpture..."
