2pillz said that everything started from the 2025 Tet program, when the whole family was having lunch, his father introduced him to famous singer Phuong Dung - who was performing a piece in this program. 2pillz said he was inspired by the famous painter Pablo Picasso to make his new album.

Sharing about the inspiration behind the album PILLZCASSO, 2pillz said: "The album's name was inspired by Pablo Picasso - an icon of art, rebellion and no limits. Similarly, PILLZCASSO wants to use music to paint personal colors - both chaotic and full of depth. Conflicting emotions, breakdown, beauty in distortion... all are the materials for this album."
The album includes 14 songs, combined with a strong lineup of artists such as Van Mai Huong, tlinh, MONO, Grey D, Orange, G Ducky...
In the album, 2pillz also boldly experimented with many musical genres from house, afrobeat, bossanova to bolero and Vietnamese folk materials (dan da, zither T'rung,...). All of this creates a unique musical concept called "Vinafro" - a fusion of Vietnamese cultural identity with the vibrant beats of global club music.
The producer shared: "I like afrobeat and want to 'transform' it when combined with other music genres into "boleafro" (bolero and afro), "ballafro" (ballad and afro)... Therefore, when combined with Vietnamese sounds, it will produce "Vinafro". Besides the familiar Vinahouse, I hope "Vinafro" will also become something that helps Vietnamese music have special and interesting features".
In addition to the audio version released on all digital music platforms, 2pillz also posted a full set performance video that was elaborately invested. Not only did he "play big" with a DJ set in the middle of Vinh Hy beach, the male artist also performed special performances at Nui Chua National Park (Khanh Hoa), immersing himself in the majestic nature, creating a lively and unique musical experience while expressing the free and creative spirit of the artist.
