(Dan Tri) - At night, a group of "speed demons" carried weapons and zigzagged, causing chaos on the road through the districts of Duc Tho, Huong Son, Vu Quang and Huong Khe of Ha Tinh .
On November 17, Huong Khe District Police (Ha Tinh) said that this agency has coordinated with other units to deploy professional measures to arrest a group of "speed demons" causing insecurity and disorder.
At around 9:00 p.m. on November 16, Huong Khe District Police received information from Huong Son District Police about the discovery of a group of teenagers driving 3 motorbikes without license plates, without helmets, and carrying weapons.

This group drove erratically, causing chaos on many roads, making drivers and people living along the road worried and insecure.
Police in Huong Khe, Huong Son and Duc Tho districts have deployed forces to patrol and control many routes.
At around 9:30 p.m., Ha Linh Commune Police, Huong Khe District, coordinated with Huong Son District Police to discover 9 teenagers at a water shop in Village 4, Ha Linh Commune.
The authorities immediately blocked, controlled and brought the subjects and vehicles to Huong Khe District Police headquarters for questioning.

This group is 14-18 years old, from the communes of Hoa Lac, An Dung, Tan Dan, Tung Chau, Bui La Nhan, Hoa Lac of Duc Tho district.
According to the statement, this group gathered at Le Hong Phong High School (Duc Tho district) from 7:00 p.m. on November 16.
Then, the group traveled on 3 motorbikes on National Highway 8A, Ho Chi Minh Trail and National Highway 15A through Huong Son, Vu Quang and Huong Khe districts with the intention of returning to Duc Tho district via Can Loc district.
When arriving at village 4 (Ha Linh commune, Huong Khe district), Nguyen Dinh C.'s motorbike (born 2007, residing in An Dung commune, Duc Tho) broke down, so the group stopped and was arrested by the police.

Upon inspection, the authorities discovered that Tran Cong M. (born 2006) was carrying a homemade knife and Nguyen Duc Phu Q. (born 2007, both residing in Bui La Nhan commune, Duc Tho district) was carrying 10 beer bottles.
Police determined that the 9 teenagers traveled through many districts to find another group of young people from Huong Son district to "resolve" a conflict on social media.
Huong Khe District Police are coordinating with Huong Son District Police and Duc Tho District Police to continue investigating and handling the case according to regulations.
