PNJ's female Chairwoman was awarded the First Class Labor Medal

PNJ Chairman of the Board of Directors Cao Thi Ngoc Dung was awarded the First Class Labor Medal for her outstanding achievements in leading the unit to many achievements in production, jewelry business and contributions to society.

On April 16, in Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal for the second time, in the collective category.

On this occasion, PNJ Chairman Cao Thi Ngoc Dung was also awarded the First Class Labor Medal for her outstanding achievements in leading the unit to many achievements in production and business in the jewelry industry and her contributions to society. This is the second time she has received this noble title, after the first time in 2010.

In addition to this noble title, in 2018, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung was listed in the Top 40 most influential women in Asia (Forbes Asia Magazine). In 2019, she was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for the Asian Jewelry Industry (JNA) and in 2023 became the only Vietnamese person to be honored in the Top 40 outstanding icons of the history of the world jewelry industry (JWA).

In addition to being a business leader, as Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung also organizes many forums and programs to promote gender equality, enhance the position, and nurture the physical, mental and spiritual health of female entrepreneurs. At the same time, she participates in mobilizing agencies and businesses to create a favorable environment for female leaders to develop; and supports women to start businesses.
