Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( ACB ) has just announced the list of shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital. Accordingly, as of February 30, 2024, there are 2 individuals and 3 organizations holding about 546 million shares, equivalent to 12.2% of the bank's charter capital.
On the individual shareholder side, ACB Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Hung Huy, currently owns more than 153 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 3.427%.
People related to Mr. Huy are holding 367 million shares, equivalent to 8.218% of capital. Thus, Mr. Huy and related people are owning a total of 11.6% of capital at the bank.

On the institutional shareholder side, Smallcap World Fund, Inc. is holding 367 million shares, equivalent to 2.5%; Boardwalk South Limited is holding 82.3 million shares, equivalent to 1.84%, and VOF PE Holding 5 Limited is holding 76.6 million shares, equivalent to 1.75%.
Besides foreign shareholders, Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited also has more than 69.4 million shares, equivalent to 1.555% of the bank's capital.
According to the management report for the first 6 months of 2024 published by the bank, there are still organizations and individuals holding more than 1% of charter capital that have not been mentioned.
Specifically, businesses related to Chairman Tran Hung Huy are Giang Sen Investment and Trade JSC holding nearly 80.3 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 2.07%;
Van Mon Investment and Trading JSC has nearly 44.4 million shares, an ownership ratio of 1.14%. Bach Thanh Investment and Trading JSC currently has nearly 55.9 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 1.44% of capital.
Ms. Dang Thu Thuy's relative, Ms. Dang Thu, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch, also owns 46.1 million shares, equivalent to 1.19% of the bank's capital.
