The apartment building has 6 blocks, 764 apartments divided into 3 types, type 1 has 3 bedrooms, type 2 has 2 bedrooms and type 3 has 1 bedroom, apartment area from 37 - 74 m2.
Through the actual inspection and listening to the report of the investor, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works, the opinions of the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City, the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Phu Tai Ward, the winning bidder to survey and prepare the project feasibility study report, including the joint venture contractor Truong Nam Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company and Bac Trung Nam Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company... on the progress of the project implementation. Up to now, the project has basically completed the initial procedures, and is still being submitted to the relevant levels for approval, expected to be completed by the end of August...
