According to the Cao Lanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, in recent times, thanks to the support of political and social organizations at all levels, the unit's policy credit has achieved many important results.
As of June 30, 2025, the total outstanding loan balance entrusted to the Union is VND 552,729 million, with 13,215 customers borrowing capital. Of which, the Farmers' Association manages VND 205,811 million, with 4,935 customers; the Women's Union manages VND 174,786 million, with 4,082 customers; the Veterans' Association manages VND 104,686 million, with 2,557 customers; the Youth Union manages VND 67,446 million, with 1,641 customers.

At the ceremony, leaders of the Cao Lanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office and leaders of socio-political organizations of Cao Lanh, My Tra, and My Ngai wards signed a loan trust contract for poor households and other policy beneficiaries.
