The first images of the Pixel 8a box were shared by a user on a Facebook group about Pixel devices in Vietnam.

The Google Pixel 8a is expected to be announced in the second quarter of 2024. However, this model has recently been revealed through images on the box shared by a user on a Facebook group about Pixel devices in Vietnam.

Based on the image, the Pixel 8a design is quite similar to its previously released brother Pixel 8, the back stands out with a horizontal camera bar with 2 lenses.

According to GSMArena , the Pixel 8a will be smaller than its predecessor. The latest leaked image also shows that the corners of the device will be evenly curved, instead of being square like before.

Most likely, the Pixel 8a will still keep the screen size at 6.1 inches with a refresh rate of 90Hz. However, Google can also upgrade the display panel with higher brightness.

Recent leaks also suggest that the Google Pixel 8a will be powered by the Tensor G3 chip. One source even claims that the Pixel 8a will measure 152.1 x 72.6 x 8.9mm.

Previously, many Google products have been leaked and even offered for sale online before they were launched. In May 2022, a prototype of the Pixel 7 was unexpectedly offered for sale on eBay. Most recently, in March 2022, the Pixel 7a was also revealed in Vietnam before it was launched.
