The representative of the Ba Dinh District Construction Investment Project Management Board ( Hanoi ) presented the project. Accordingly, the area in the project has an area of 24.08 hectares, the current population is about 17,800 people, the West borders Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, the North borders Kim Ma Street, the East borders Ngoc Khanh Street, the South borders Nguyen Cong Hoan Street.
According to the planning project, the Ngoc Khanh apartment area after reconstruction will meet the TOD model, reduce density, increase height, access public transport, in line with the orientation of adjusting the general planning of the Capital. High land use efficiency, creating a mixed high-rise land planning accessing the main roads of the city, attracting the ability to develop the regional economy .
TOD means taking the orientation of public transport system development as the basis for urban development planning, taking traffic hubs as population concentration points to further form a decentralized transport system.
