Described by a famous culinary website as a “traditional Vietnamese dish”, stir-fried morning glory with garlic is especially suitable for vegetarian tourists.

The ingredients for stir-fried morning glory with garlic include: Morning glory, garlic, cooking oil, salt, sugar, and fish sauce. “The morning glory is blanched, then stir-fried with garlic, salt, and sugar. Fish sauce is added near the end of the cooking process,” notes Taste Atlas . The dish is served almost immediately after it’s made and is considered “a great side dish with white rice.”

In the ranking of the best side dishes in Southeast Asia, stir-fried water spinach with garlic ranked 7th with 4.3/5 stars.
