Binh Phuoc Club's leaders confirmed that the team will sign a contract with midfielder Tran Phi Son. He will be registered to play in the second leg of the 2024/25 National First Division.
Before that, the two sides had negotiated a contract for a long time. Phi Son left Ha Tinh because he wanted to have more opportunities to play.
Unfortunately for Phi Son, this player was injured. He did not want to sign a contract with a new team at that time, when he could not play yet.

Tran Phi Son was born in 1992, and grew up from the Song Lam Nghe An training center. He was promoted to the first team early, winning many glories with Nghe An football. Then, following the call of his senior Le Cong Vinh and teacher Nguyen Huu Thang, Phi Son moved to play for Ho Chi Minh City. During this time, Phi Son played well and at one point returned to the Vietnam national team.
The midfielder nicknamed "Nghe An Ronaldo" made his biggest mark when coach Toshiya Miura led the U23 Vietnam team, the Olympic Vietnam team and the Vietnam national team. He often had many beautiful two-footed dribbles.
Phi Son plays spontaneously, shines at the 2014 ASIAD and plays an important role in the national team at the age of only 23. But his technical style of play also causes this midfielder to suffer many injuries due to many overly aggressive tackles from opposing defenders.
Binh Phuoc is currently ranked 2nd in the First Division this season, still having a chance to compete for direct promotion with Phu Dong Ninh Binh. Before that, they had just said goodbye to coach Nguyen Anh Duc after a series of unsuccessful matches.
