Dr. Hai Son emphasized that smartphones are the most effective personal communication tools, close-up frames are "valuable frames", helping to honor the character's subtle emotions and actions, creating a strong connection with the audience.

KMOLs connects to enhance medical communication and spread community values
The series of 10 KMOLs workshops organized by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, with the aim of building and developing communication skills for medical professionals to create influence in the digital society, has successfully concluded with more than 2,000 attendees.
Healthcare professionals who attend the KMOLs workshop series have become more confident in their professional skills, developing unique strengths ranging from extensive knowledge to research achievements and a humanistic approach to patient care. At the same time, they also understand how to protect themselves and effectively utilize social media as a KMOL in the hospital's communication network.

The dissemination of authentic medical information to the community has helped professionals become more aware of the close connection between personal branding and hospital branding. In case of crisis, KMOLs will receive timely support from the hospital.
