On the afternoon of May 17, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor (PPL) and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises jointly held a conference to review 1 year of implementing the coordination program for the period 2023-2025.
Comrades: Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies & Enterprises; Duong Duc Khanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.
After 1 year of implementing the program of coordination between the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the period 2023-2025, important results have been initially achieved, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, business owners and employees in the work of developing Party members, trade union members, building and consolidating Party organizations and trade union organizations in enterprises. The targets on establishing Party organizations, trade union organizations, developing Party members and trade union members in enterprises have been completed and exceeded the targets set by the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the targets assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
The work of developing party members, union members, consolidating and building party organizations, trade union organizations in non-state enterprises basically ensures compliance with procedures, regulations, Party Charter, Trade Union Charter, policies and laws of the State. The number of party organizations, trade union organizations and the number of party members and union members in enterprises has increased steadily over the years. Party committees, party organizations, and trade union organizations in non-state enterprises have gradually promoted their role as political cores, closely following the Party Charter, regulations on functions, tasks, and working relationships in the process of leading, directing, and implementing production and business tasks. Party organizations, socio- political organizations, party members, and trade union members have actively contributed to the building and planning of strategies, production and business plans, and the stability and development of enterprises.
In 2023, 12 party organizations were established (120% of the set target), 23 trade union organizations (150%), 161 party members were admitted to non-state enterprises in the province, and 7,947 union members were admitted to units and enterprises.
In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises will focus on overcoming existing problems and limitations in coordination work in 2023. At the same time, continue to effectively implement resolutions, plans, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on developing party members, establishing party organizations, and socio-political organizations in non-state enterprises.
Closely follow the leadership and direction of superiors; functions, tasks, working relationships of the two units, roles and responsibilities of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, and of the professional departments and offices of the two units to effectively implement the Coordination Program.
Strengthen propaganda work, raise awareness of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, workers, and business owners about the role, position, and importance of Party organizations, trade union organizations, and the work of developing Party members and union members in enterprises. Innovate and improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, political and ideological education , and the nature of the working class for cadres, union members, and workers to create a strong change in awareness and action in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and resolutions of Trade Unions at all levels, and foster the Party's ideals for cadres, union members, and workers.
Strengthen leadership, direction, survey, and grasp of the business situation, promptly implement the process of establishing party organizations and trade union organizations in enterprises when conditions permit.
