The 3rd International Hot Air Balloon Festival in 2024 in Tuyen Quang province will feature 22 international standard hot air balloons, piloted by experienced international pilots from many countries and territories, including Spain, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam. The festival will be held from April 27 to May 2.
