With Frasers Property Vietnam's experience in developing high-end industrial real estate, this Sorting Center will serve as SPX's largest and most modern automated Sorting Center in the Southern region.

When put into operation, the automatic sorting center will have a total area of up to 106,000 m2 with a processing capacity of more than 2.5 million parcels per day and will have the most advanced automatic goods sorting system on the market today. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed in 2025 and put into operation in the same year.

The automated sorting center will contribute to bringing thousands of job opportunities to local people, supporting the overall economic development of Binh Duong province and improving logistics infrastructure in Vietnam.

“We believe that the location of the automated sorting center at BDIP with convenient access to transportation infrastructure will help SPX expand its delivery operations quickly, professionally and efficiently in Vietnam,” said Ms. Nguyen Kim Anh, Director of SPX.

Mr. Chong Chee Keong, Managing Director of Industrial Real Estate Division of Frasers Property Vietnam, said: “The cooperation agreement with SPX affirms Frasers Property Vietnam’s commitment to providing unique customer experiences through modern, sustainable and classy industrial park design, accompanied by professional support services for customers.”
