Accident at cement factory, 3 people died

(NLDO) - While cleaning the furnace at a cement factory, an accident suddenly occurred, killing 3 workers.

On the evening of January 24, speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of the People's Committee of Anh Son district, Nghe An province, said that a work accident had just occurred at a cement factory in the area, killing 3 workers.

Song Lam II Cement Factory, where the incident occurred

Previously, according to initial information, the accident occurred on the afternoon of January 24, at the Song Lam II Cement Factory, in Hoi Son Commune, Anh Son District. At that time, while the workers were cleaning the furnace, suddenly pieces of cement stuck to the top of the furnace fell on them, leading to their deaths.

It is known that the 3 workers above are from Phuc Son and Hoa Son communes, currently working at Song Lam II cement factory.

Currently, the cause of the work accident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
