Specifically, the traffic restriction area is the area through the navigation bay of the bridges including Dinh bridge, located at km5+800 of Han river, in Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong) and Thuy Nguyen district ( Hai Phong city); Hiep Thuong bridge, located at km1 of Kinh Thay river, in Kinh Mon town; Trieu bridge, located at km11 of Kinh Thay river, in Kinh Mon town and Dong Trieu town (Quang Ninh); Da Vach bridge, located at km4 of Mao Khe river, in Kinh Mon town and Dong Trieu town (Quang Ninh); Hoang Thach bridge, located at km3 of Mao Khe river, in Kinh Mon town and Dong Trieu town (Quang Ninh); Thai Binh bridge (highway), located at km44 of Thai Binh river, in Thanh Ha and Tu Ky districts; Han bridge located at km76 of Thai Binh river, in Hai Duong city.
The Inland Waterways Sub-Department of Region I requires all inland waterway vehicles when entering restricted traffic areas to absolutely obey the instructions of the authorities, regulate and ensure safety of inland waterway traffic, and strictly comply with the Law on Inland Waterways Traffic.
