(GLO)- On June 28, the Red Cross Society of Kbang district (Gia Lai province) coordinated with the charity group of My Thach pagoda (Chu Se district, Gia Lai province), and the Tu Tam volunteer group ( Tien Giang province) to present 400 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to 400 poor, near-poor, and extremely disadvantaged households in the area.
Specifically, Kbang town has 118 gifts, Dak Rong commune has 282 gifts. The total value of these gifts is 200 million VND.

In addition, the District Red Cross Society also coordinated with Kbang District Youth Union, Volunteer Heart Club, Hai Ly Volunteer Group and Kbang Charity Association to implement a program to accompany the 2023 High School Graduation Exam by supporting 200 meals for 100 candidates in difficult circumstances on June 28 and 29, each meal worth 30,000 VND.
Previously, on June 24, the Kbang Red Cross Society and Thai Thinh Hung Automobile Tire Trading Company Limited ( Ho Chi Minh City) also presented 150 gifts (each worth 250,000 VND) to students in grades 1, 2, and 3 from poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households in Bahnar ethnic villages in Kbang town (100 gifts) and Lo Ku commune (50 gifts).
