(Dan Tri) - The multi-purpose sports complex and amusement park project, jointly developed by T&T Group and Qatar JTA International Investment and Consulting Group, is expected to have a total value of about 4.5 billion USD and an area of 330 hectares.
On March 4, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh received Mr. Amir Ali Salemi, CEO of Qatar JTA International Investment and Consulting Group (JTA).
At the reception, briefly introducing the new project in Dong Anh district, Mr. Amir Ali Salemi said that the project is worth about 4.5 billion USD, of which about 1.3 billion USD is for the project to develop a multi-purpose sports complex and entertainment park, and 3.2 billion USD is for the entertainment theme park.
The total project area is 330 hectares, of which the sports complex is 120 hectares wide, the entertainment park is 143 hectares wide, about 10km from the center of Hanoi, about 6km from Noi Bai airport.

JTA Group is currently working with T&T Group to develop a master plan and design. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of T&T Group Do Vinh Quang will work seriously with partner JTA to ensure progress and quality. The project can be put into operation as early as 2028.
