Students were trained by representatives of the Danang Information and Communication Technology Center and the Danang Smart Information and Operation Monitoring Center on content to support officials and civil servants in wards and communes in receiving and handling administrative procedures.
Training contents include: application of information technology, digital transformation in the activities of the People's Committees of wards and communes; handling technical errors arising on information technology equipment; instructions on using and being the focal point for handling errors related to management and operation software, information systems for handling administrative procedures, online public services, specialized digital signatures; instructions on using popular artificial intelligence tools in administrative and office work.
Students are also trained to support people and businesses in using information technology equipment at the Public Administration Service Center of wards and communes such as looking up procedures; instructions on use, submitting administrative procedures, online public services, looking up results, reusing digitized documents; instructions on personal digital signature on records and many other utilities that the city is deploying to the people.
The students participating in the training are final year students at universities in the city. It is expected that in early August, the wards and communes will receive the first batch of volunteer students.
