People in the Hoang Mai coastal area believe that "The whole year has the Full Moon of July, the whole year has the Full Moon of January", so no matter where they fish, all boats return to shore in time to worship the Full Moon of January. Quynh Phuong fishing port from 3am on February 23 (January 14 of the lunar calendar) was bustling with the laughter of fishermen who had just returned from the "open sea" trip as well as traders and relatives waiting on the shore.

After 9 days at sea, Mr. Phan Van Tai's boat in Hong Hai block caught about 3 tons of seafood such as mackerel and grouper, earning 150 million VND. Mr. Tai said the boat came back to rest so that the fishermen could celebrate the full moon and the local traditional festival. After deducting expenses, each crew member received 5 million VND.
