This morning, October 4, in Khe Sanh town, Huong Hoa district, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Quang Tri province organized a workshop to consult the community on the Project to research and develop tourism products associated with coffee experiences in Quang Tri and announced the Khe Sanh coffee tour tourism product.

Quang Tri in general and Huong Hoa district in particular are localities characterized by agricultural production playing a leading role in the life and production of the people, with a long cultural tradition spanning hundreds of years, an extremely rich and diverse treasure of folk cultural festivals imbued with identity, unique and quality folk cuisine. Along with that is a rich natural ecosystem with many landscapes of rivers, streams, lakes, caves, waterfalls, mountain and forest landscapes and diverse flora and fauna...
In particular, Khe Sanh - Huong Hoa coffee specialty is increasingly becoming a famous product domestically and internationally, with many consecutive years being the TOP of Vietnamese coffee.
To help Huong Hoa tourism build a tourism product that is associated with coffee experiences in a systematic way, with research and development orientation, in-depth and sustainably exploiting agricultural and cultural values, the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion has coordinated with tourism experts from Hue University of Tourism to research and survey to build a Project to research and develop tourism products associated with coffee experiences in Quang Tri.

The general objective of the project is to propose solutions to develop the coffee experience tourism program, Khe Sanh coffee tour to put into operation in the near future. Thereby, it will create a unique tourism product of Huong Hoa as well as Quang Tri province, contributing to promoting the province's tourism economy in the direction of a spearhead economic sector.
At the same time, it helps create jobs and increase income for local people; promote and introduce Khe Sanh coffee specialties to consumers, helping to preserve and sustainably exploit local cultural values.
The workshop received many consulting opinions and contributions from state management agencies, authorities, businesses, tourism, culinary, and coffee production and trading establishments for the report on the Project to research and develop tourism products associated with coffee experiences in Quang Tri and the Khe Sanh coffee tour tourism product.

At the workshop, the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion announced and handed over the Khe Sanh coffee tour product to the representative of the Vietnam - Khe Sanh Agricultural Tourism Cooperative; signed a cooperation agreement between the Vietnam - Khe Sanh Agricultural Tourism Cooperative and travel agencies inside and outside the province on implementing business cooperation links to exploit and develop the Khe Sanh coffee tour tourism product.
