The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee gave its opinion on the Proposal of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee on the establishment of grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. Specifically:
Establishment of the Party Committee of the Department of Finance consisting of 116 party members on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Department of Planning and Investment and the Party Committee of the Department of Finance.
Establishment of the Party Committee of the Department of Construction consisting of 126 party members on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Department of Transport and the Party Committee of the Department of Construction.
Establishment of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment consisting of 341 party members on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Establishment of the Department of Science and Technology Party Committee with 79 party members on the basis of merging the Department of Information and Communications Party Cell and the Department of Science and Technology Party Committee.
Establishment of the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs with 143 party members on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs with the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs.
Establishment of the Party Committee of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board consisting of 65 Party members on the basis of merging the Party Cell of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of agricultural works and rural development of the province with the Party Committee of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of the province.
Establish the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions with 32 party members on the basis of merging party members of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee Party Cell and party members of the Religious Committee Party Cell under the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs.
Accordingly, the members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term voted with 100% of delegates agreeing to establish grassroots party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee according to the Proposal of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
This establishment aims to ensure the leadership and direction role of grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee.
