Establish a working group to resolve mass complaints and denunciations

The working group is led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung as head; Provincial Inspector Nguyen Duc Tien as permanent deputy head; Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Truong Son as deputy head; and members include leaders of relevant departments and branches.

The working group shall comply with the requirements of Plan No. 363 dated March 20, 2019 of the Government Inspectorate on inspection, review, and settlement of complaints, denunciations, crowded, complicated, and prolonged cases in the province and relevant legal provisions.

At the same time, develop and submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval a plan to inspect, review and resolve mass, complicated and prolonged complaints and denunciations; clearly assign responsibilities, time and content of inspection and review of complaints and denunciations and propose to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee a plan to completely resolve the cases.
