Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay has just signed a decision to discipline 6 civil servants of the Departments and Divisions of the Government Inspectorate for violating discipline and the law to the extent that criminal liability must be prosecuted.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Director of Department II was disciplined by being forced to quit his job due to degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle.

In particular, Mr. Le Quoc Khanh violated the law to the extent that he had to be prosecuted for criminal liability, violated regulations on anti-corruption and negativity, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Government Inspectorate.
In addition to Mr. Le Quoc Khanh, five other officials of the Government Inspectorate were also forced to resign during this period, including: Mr. Nguyen Nho Dinh (inspector, Department II), Mr. Hoang Van Xuan (chief inspector, Department II), Mr. Tran Van Tuan (senior inspector, Department II), Mr. Truong Viet Hung (chief inspector, Department II) and Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong (chief inspector, Department II).
The reason the above 5 officials of the Government Inspectorate were forced to resign was due to degradation in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle. The violations were serious enough to warrant criminal prosecution, violating regulations on anti-corruption and negativity, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Government Inspectorate.
